If you receive a notice that your credit/debit card or other payment method has been declined, please contact your card issuing bank or payment processor.

- Make sure you enter your 16-digit card number correctly and select the right type of card.

- The 3 or 4 digit security code is correct.

- Your credit card has not expired.

_ If you have saved any card or payment information, we also recommend that you:

- Make sure the card or payment method you select is valid and has not expired.

- Please make sure the name and address of your billing address matches the name and address registered to the credit card or payment method you use to make your payment.

To edit your saved credit card or payment information, click Update Billing and follow the instructions.

- Make sure you enter the 3 or 4 digit security code correctly for your selected card or payment method.

- We require you to enter this information to ensure the security of your stored information.

- Check that you entered your payment information correctly.

- Change the payment method for an order that has not yet been shipped.


When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number to keep you updated on the status of your order. You will also be provided with the carrier's tracking number/reference number, which you can access on the carrier's website.

- Orders received after the closing time, on weekends, and on holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

・The delivery times listed above are estimates only and do not apply to products pre-ordered through Junya Warashina or personalized products.

- Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date your order is accepted, unless otherwise specified. Please note that different terms and conditions apply depending on your delivery destination. If a shipping discount applies to the item you are purchasing, the discounted shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

・Please note that we cannot deliver to forwarding companies or private mailboxes.


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
Returns must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused or unworn, with tags still attached and in the original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you must contact mail@junyawarashina.com and send the return to the following address: JUNYA WARASHINA Co., Ltd., 1-13-9 Nishihonmachi, Nishi-ku, Osaka City.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted. If you have any questions regarding returns, please contact us at mail@junyawarashina.com.


Damage and Problems In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

Exceptions: Non-returnable items We are unable to accept returns on certain types of items, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom products (special order items, branded items, etc.), and personal care products (beauty products, etc.). Additionally, we cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, etc. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your existing item, and once your return is approved, purchase a new item separately.


European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Notwithstanding the above, if your goods are being delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. As above, your goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused or unworn, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive a refund automatically to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

・Please return the product to us within 30 days of receiving it. Products that have already been used cannot be returned. If we have the same product, we will exchange it for a new one. If we do not have the product in stock, we will refund the purchase price.

- Our returns service ensures that the delivery of your return order is secure and recorded. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items returned by any means other than our returns service.

To arrange for the return of your order, please follow these steps:

1. Please contact us through the Contact Form to schedule an exchange. We will then provide you with a return address, so please return the item to that address, cash on delivery.

2. Once the return is complete, please let us know by email. To track your return, please visit the shipping company's website and enter the tracking number on the return label into the tracking number field. Important: If you do not notify us of the return, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping.

3. After receiving the returned item, we will ship the replacement item and process the refund as soon as possible. For exchanges, shipping will occur within 7-10 business days. For refunds, shipping will occur within 7-10 business days depending on the payment provider you used. Please keep the shipping slip until you receive the refund.


Product defects caused by normal use can be repaired free of charge within one year of purchase. Other repairs may incur a fee. For more information, please ask us using the inquiry form.
